"4/23 UPDATE: After a minor windshield incident Eddie reached out to me and explained my coverage options and made sure I had someone skilled to take care of my windshield even though it wasn't included in my coverage (entirely my bad, I don't read carefully enough.) Everyone I have talked to at this office has been SO helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly pleasant. Jeremy even called me on my birthday to wish me a great day and make sure my insurance needs are being met. I now live across town but I will stay with this office as long as possible because they have been nothing but wonderful! I needed a last minute change of insurance provider and I was able to get exactly what I needed for way less than I was paying before. Ayana was so friendly and so helpful, amazing customer service and she was able to answer every question I had which is great for me since I'm still getting the hang of having my own insurance. Jeremy called me himself to follow up and make sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend State Farm for young drivers as they have lots of discounts for all ages."

"Listen... I've been with State Farm for well over 6 years... The first agency was ok; nothing to really brag about. But since Jeremy has been here, I can honestly say that I feel welcomed. Like they make you feel like they really want your business and CARE. This is VERY rare in today's time and era. Many businesses act like they are doing us a favor for patronizing their business. I've literally gotten a call just to say, we appreciate your business, thank you for being a safe driver. And I've recently celebrated my birthday and got a call from Jeremy... To say happy birthday. He really took it to another level of customer service for me. Although I've been satisfied with them, I've never really advocated and told people about them... Only if asked who I have insurance with. But ever since I've been telling people to leave their insurance company and come to mines. Call to switch... You want be disappointed."
